Writing in Style

Just read an article in Newsweek called The Curse of Cursive, and it is going to make Grandma Foley cringe. Not sure how I feel yet about the longevity of penmanship, but I do know that practice makes perfect (or at least it keeps your skills from deteriorating). Given I live in a world that does not require me to use a pen or pencil daily to communicate, when I do resort back to this primitive form through birthday cards and thank-you notes, it does look more like they were written by Alex and not a 35 year-old educated and detailed-oriented woman.
