Our trip to Florida overlapped with Reds’ Opening day this year, so we had to miss it for the first time in six seasons. It was cold and raining like normal in Cincinnati and we were on a beach with a margarita in hand (easing our pain), but it really felt weird dressing the kids up in their Reds gear on a Wednesday night instead of a Monday morning. A letter has already been written to the MLB that you don't mess with tradition.

Don’t Mess with Opening Day
Our trip to Florida overlapped with Reds’ Opening day this year, so we had to miss it for the first time in six seasons.
